Job Description:
Our client in Richmond, Virginia is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to assist with upcoming projects.

This opportunity is onsite for at least 7-weeks for 30-hours a week.

Marketing Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Understand the client's goals and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with the team to write proposals, identify deliverables, and schedule meetings with the team regularly
- Manage and build long-term relationships with partners
- Effectively communicate with various partners to streamline project life cycles
- Ensure partners' expectation are met, exceed quality and schedules and budgets are followed
- Coordinate meetings with partners to educate them on client's services
- Build marketing presentations, write meeting summaries and status reports
- Research market trends, communication platforms, audience, and provide competitive analysis

Marketing Project Coordinator Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in relative account management or project management role in a creative environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related or equivalent field
- Demonstrated knowledge of print and digital products, marketing practices, and principles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google's equivalents
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus
