Our sports client is looking for a UX/UI designer to join their team full-time!

The UX/UI designer will:
-Collaborate with product and development teams to design visual frameworks, detailed user & interaction flows, wireframes, mockups and protoypes.
-Advocate for the customer and user-centered design throughout the organization
-Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps and communicate your data-informed vision and design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
-Understand user behavior and motivation at a fundamental level, through interviews, ethnographic research, etc., and through the development of journey maps, user personas, and other artifacts.
- Conduct qualitative user research, interviews, usability testing, and other research methods and data analysis techniques to make informed recommendations for UX/UI.

The UX/UI designer must:
-Have 5+ years of UI & UX experience
- A portfolio spanning across desktop and mobile .
-Have top tier User Experience, Testing, Research and Information Architecture skills.
-Comfortability with multiple design disciplines, including web, mobile web, and native applications as well as transactional websites.
