The Operations Manager, TV Advertising Sales Operations, will assist the VP to execute and deliver on executed deals with a clear focus on client satisfaction and renewal of deals. The primary goal of this position is to assist in the day to day oversite of the Sales Associates, identify and track key metrics as it pertains the efficiency in the workflow for Ad Sales revenue. The Manager is expected to provide: leadership, feedback, and guidance to Sales Associates. Lastly, He or She will provide input in developing business processes and procedures, training programs, documentation, and escalation procedures.

 

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mentor/Manage new Associates for their first three months
  • Assist in weekly status meetings with the Associates including weekly agenda
  • Be a liaison between: Associates, Commercial Admin, Sales Admin, and Finance teams
  • Build relationships with the agency ops, traffic, and finance teams
  • Improve productivity by evaluating and implementing sales technology
  • Collaborate with the VP and Fox Technology team in system development endeavors
  • Constant analysis of associate account mappings to ensure fairness across the sales teams

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 2-3 years of Ad sales experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • PACE expertise preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Strong excel, word and power-point skills
  • Ability to take on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate, influence, and work collaboratively
