Telemundo Digital is a division of NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises dedicated to delivering & continuing to invent Latinx media - today and into the future - for our growing communities across platforms.

We are looking for a rockstar producer who will supervise day-to-day of production of one of our original digital entertainment properties launching in 2020. The candidate must be driven by a passion for popular culture and Latinx entertainment and have proven experience in leading a production team (e.g., making final decisions on daily rundowns, ensuring show components like scripts, graphics & b-roll are up-to-par/on-time, etc.).Works across Telemundo Enterprises to lead the development and day-to-day production on a mobile-first, entertainment news programPitches topic & segment ideas and will produce interviews in the field when appropriateOversees editing process of all shows & packages, working closely with Telemundo’s digital development team to ensure overall look/tone of the show is on-brand and up to network/partner standardsInterprets performance data & consumer research to inform content decisions and lead the team in growing the show’s audienceDevelops relationships with both internal and external partners to understand and align with their priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Television Production, Journalism, Entertainment, Media, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum five (5) years of experience leading and developing a production team inspirationally & inclusively
• Experience in production of vertical video & premium content for mobile platforms
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
• Pioneering spirit & a versatility to experiment/iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment
• A demonstrated self-starter who is creative, detail-oriented & highly organized

• Must be willing to travel as needed, sometimes on short notice
