Assist Sr. Director of Consumer Engagement and Sr. Marketing Manager in developing marketing plans/campaigns and implementing marketing activities to support NBC Sports Boston
Manage all aspects of network merchandise and premium items including inventory management, ordering and processing of all invoices
Assist with the planning and executing of marketing and promotional events, community outreach, and development and coordination of network events, including scheduling interns and contractors as needed.
Provide on-site management for network events including but not limited to team, sponsor and affiliate related events and coordinate with the outside venues and vendors
Assist and help to develop on-air, online and social marketing programs, including sweepstakes, contests and promotions
Track and maintain campaign reporting and compile data for post-mortem review and presentations.
Assist Senior Marketing Coordinator with digital and social media marketing executions
Assist Sr. Director of Consumer Engagement and Senior Marketing Manager in administrative functions where needed; perform all other duties and tasks as needed by the marketing department
Track and facilitate execution of sales marketing elements.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, and/or promotions experience related to sports, media or television (internships included)
Must have strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.)
Must have reliable transportation

Experience working at on-site events, with an advertising agency or broadcast/cable company

Proven strong project management skills including organization and attention to details in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
Ability to lift and transport boxes
