Full Time, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently hiring a Brand Advisor to join our OEM team in Burlington, Vermont.

The Brand Advisor provides consistent communication, in both written and presentation formats, to Client–facing teams to ensure alignment. In this role, the Brand Advisor is expected to provide training and program support both internally, to the Digital Strategist team, and occasionally externally to the OEM program team. The Brand Advisor will utilize their strong understanding of’s suite of products and OEM program-specific knowledge to ensure maximum customer value and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Client Services.

Your Role:
Consultative Responsibilities:Advocate within for the client to ensure program goals, guidelines and best practices are understood and adhered to throughout the Client Services team and as a whole.Own program Confluence spaces and provide ongoing maintenance.Work closely with Performance Consultants, Program Managers, Regional Advocates, Field Team Strategists, Sales and the Support Team to advise OEM clients on program activities and assist them on maximizing their digital marketing strategy, tactics and tool set.Manage Compliance requests and update documentation accordingly.Provide coaching and program support to the Client Services team and surface feedback to the OEM Program team.Provide project management support for program initiatives.Make program guidelines consumable to internal sales organizations.Assist with product/platform support escalations.
Program level initiatives:Position requires the ability to work extended hours and occasional off-hours schedules in order to ensure that program level initiatives and efforts meet client expectations.Assist with deliverables and ongoing projects and initiatives.Act as a contact for Brand Field teams, provide information on individual dealer success and areas for improvement and assist with successful implementation of objectives.Use strong technical and business development skills to increase client’s utilization of current products/technology as well as share value propositions of new technologies and products as they are released.Help to identify and organize program opportunities.Assist with reporting, maintenance of project plans and documents and delivery of program level projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:What We look For:Knowledge of products, training and functionality.Knowledge of compliance and program rules for the Client Services experience strongly preferred.Project Management experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:Competency with functions of Control Center including Reporting, Composer, and DNA.Experience dealing with enterprise client programs, OEM and group dealerships and upgrade productsMust be able to handle difficult clients with confidence and escalate issues appropriately through the Manager Performance Consultants, PM and Brand Advisor Manager.Must be able to liaise with other departments so external requests are acted upon in a timely manner.Strong troubleshooting skills.Strong presentation skills.
BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.Generally 5years of experience in related field.
