You should be a talented developer excited to deliver Real Vision video on demand and newsletters across mobile, tablet and desktop.

Real Vision launched in 2014 and has grown from 4 Founders to 70+ employees. We have paying subscribers in over 100 countries around the globe and they include some of the world’s most famous money managers along with RIA’s, investment professionals, financial service professionals and home investors.
About the position
Candidates must relish the opportunity to influence the shape of Real Vision's web presence through discussion with product owners, UX designers, and their fellow engineers. The ideal candidate enjoys working on the full stack - designing, developing and testing features that add value to users and Real Vision. They should be motivated by shipping the best every day.
You are a developer driven to acquire and master new skills. Your skill set spans several languages and technology stacks. However, you are not wedded to one set of tools and are comfortable working in a team of varied disciplines and experience levels.
You consider critical thinking to be among your core competencies. You are not precious about your code and shipping it to users is the most important thing to you.
You possess core engineering skills such as data structure design, complexity analysis, and software architecture design. You have experience working in an agile, multi-discipline team and enjoy practicing TDD and BDD. You would be lost without version control and bug tracking.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- 3+ years' experience in front-end development
- Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- Good understanding of UX best practices
- Excellent communications skills
