SHE Media: Audience Research Analyst

SHE Media is building a curated community of content creators that reaches 60+ million women per month across every age and life stage. As part of the Business Intelligence & Yield team, the Audience Research Analyst will be responsible for supporting our Sales and Marketing teams’ efforts with insights into SHE Media’s audience and content offerings.


We are looking for a strong communicator, both written and in-person, who enjoys using data to tell a story. The Analyst will report into the Director of Business Intelligence & Yield and will be a critical liaison with Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze audience and content data from Google Analytics and comScore
  • Translate data into meaningful insights for Sales and Marketing stakeholders
  • Longer-term research projects, with frequent opportunity for exposure via presentation to the broader business
  • Regular refresh of data for sales/marketing collateral
  • Support sales to help craft compelling stories for use in marketing materials
  • Continually optimize workflow to ensure evolving business needs are met


  • 1+ years of relevant analytics/research work experience in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Expertise using Google Analytics or similar web reporting tools
  • Experience with comScore, Nielsen or other research services
  • Ability to turn data into an actionable story for business stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
