Job Summary:




The Client Services Manager will be responsible for maintaining key client relationships to generate ongoing and new profitable business opportunities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:



• Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring successful programs with our partner clients
• Present product demonstrations and training seminars to a variety of audiences and venues
• Develop and execute strategies for all matters related to client revenue generation
• Build a professional and trusting relationship with key clients
• Effectively communicate client needs to multiple internal departments
• Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings
• Ensure sales offerings are closely coordinated and in alignment with internal product offerings
• Identify and present new business opportunities to existing clients


Qualifications:Skills and Experience Required:


• Five to ten years experience in the automotive remarketing space, specifically with physical auctions
• Negotiation and up-selling skills
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations and proposals
• Experience in managing and growing existing relationships
• Excellent sales and communication skills and ability to manage the sales process
• Experience in working with management to align client strategies and solutions
• Project/program management skills
• Travel required
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
