The Creative Team partners with various departments within the Bravo & E! organization to design print, digital, on-air graphics and social creative assets representing E! & Bravo’s shows and the Bravo and E! brands. The purpose is to create the most compelling art to connect our viewers to the content they love.

The Senior Multiplatform Designer is the lead designer tasked with the design, production and delivery of in-house creative for off-air, on-air and multiplatform promotional initiatives for Bravo and E!, along with production support and direction for photo shoots and vendors. This position will be focused on the print and digital graphic design side of the department.

  • Conceptualize ideas that can be used across multiple platforms including print, on-air, press, social and digital.
  • Conceive and design network print and digital material including advertising campaigns and collateral pieces.
  • Create and prepare all print ad mechanicals for final release to publications. Ensure hi-res files are built to specs provided and are suitable for printing.
  • Act as creative lead on some projects, from conception to delivery, sometimes directing the work of peers and vendors while remaining hands-on.
  • Provide guidance and consultation during photo shoots and pre-production so that assets are appropriately created.
  • Attend photo shoots to provide on-site feedback to photographers, interact with talent, and manage executive notes.
  • Work with the Design Director to provide guidance and answer questions about established design and project standards along with some technical guidance within Bravo, to outside vendors, and especially off-air designers.
  • Work with the Design Director and production team to meet deadlines and insure efficient work flow. Multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fast turnarounds is essential.
  • Function as an integral member of the Creative Team and be able to follow creative direction. The Senior Designer will be specifically tasked with the continuing evolution of the “visual language” of the Bravo brand while maintaining graphic aesthetic and brand voice.
  • Work with the Design Director as the point person in implementing new technology, methods, standards, or designs within the creative team.
  • Communicate directly with producers and executives concerning work we create.
  • Work on corporate assets for B2B and internal presentations


  • • Bachelor’s degree in art or design or equivalent training
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative print design
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in print and print production techniques
    • Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design.
    • Familiarity with motion graphics, After Effects, and PowerPoint a plus.
    • Design experience working with a studio or television network.
    • Experience working with photographers to create original assets for print production.

    • Knowledge of contemporary pop-culture and social media.
    • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
    • Ability to work at a desktop computer for prolonged periods of time.
    • Ability to work in an occasionally noisy shared workspace.
    • Ability to travel for photo shoots when necessary
