Role Purpose
The Admin Assistant, Marketing Lifestyle Networks will provide full administrative support to 3 executives including - EVP, Marketing Lifestyle Networks, SVP, Marketing Bravo & Universal Kids and SVP, Marketing E! & Oxygen as well as serve as liaison with both internal and external constituencies.

  • Support administrative needs by professionally answering phones, preparing all correspondence and coordinating calendars, including meetings and appointments
  • Gather and prepare necessary presentation materials, meals and/or equipment. Use initiative to schedule appointments and meetings based on personal knowledge of workload and priorities.
  • Screen telephone calls, visitors (including registration at front desk), letters, and answer routine questions.
  • Use judgment to handle inquiries from vendors, candidates, employees, and to resolve concerns/issues as necessary. Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in preparation and drafting of documents and presentations
  • Collaborate with other Cable Entertainment assistants as needed for company-wide meetings and events.
  • Assist in multiple capacities on special events
  • Track and file departmental invoices and handle departmental purchasing card expenses
  • Coordinate IT and facilities services for department
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare Travel & Expense Reports and ensure all T&Es are submitted on time and reimbursement was made
  • Projects as assigned

  • Basic Qualifications
    •Bachelor’s Degree
    Minimum 1 year work experience in media industry
    •Experience with digital media, focus on social media
