Manager on the Integrated Marketing team under the SVP of Integrated Marketing and VP of Integrated Marketing. Primary role is to act as support to the Integrated Marketing team which develops and produces custom integrated content for 18-20 theatrical film and home entertainment releases each year. Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, creative, and able to work well with others.Responsible for maintaining all department documents, records, materials, and spreadsheets including but not limited to:Integrated Marketing department deckIntegrated Marketing wiredrive systemUpfront document managementDevelops partnership strategies across linear, digital and social and works with media partners from idea development through creative execution and post-production finishingOversees custom Symphony promotions across NBCUniversal on designated titlesDistributes film assets and materials to partnersLiaises with all internal departments including media, publicity, creative advertising, research, and brand partnerships to align with campaign strategy and develop cross-divisional activationsManages department production budgets and invoicingAttends partner shoots and studio creative content shoots:Handles pre-shoot logistics with partnersManages production shoot creative on-set in tandem with VP and partnersHandles footage delivery post-shoot ​Travels for production, as needed

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years experience in entertainment, marketing or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
