Reporting to the VP Social and Content Marketing and part of the Brand Marketing group, the Sr. Community Editor will play a huge role in communicating with and leveraging our fans in both owned and affinity communities.Manage and set the tone for all 1-1 interaction with our social audience.Manage the agency dedicated to community responseDevelop scripts and train responders so our social interactions are just as amazingly voice-y and super-fan-y as the posts themselves.Develop our FB group and affinity community partnership strategyLiaise with all non-owned affinity groups to drive growth and engagement for main brand channels.Develop and implement a "surprise and delight" strategyKeep larger social team appraised of all community related best practices
• 5+ years experience working at a large company in social community management
• Demonstrated passion for media and all things entertainment
• Demonstrated experience handling a wide range of community management best-practices—nothing phases you!
• Entertainment experience a plus
• Exhibit careful attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines – exhibits calm under pressure
• Strong EQ and analytic skills.
