Reporting to the VP Social and Content Marketing and part of the Brand Marketing group, the Social Coordinator will help the larger social team with all aspects of planning, content development and organization.Help schedule and take notes as needed in team meetingsBe primary liaison with legal department and make sure we’re following all rules related to content usageProcure all raw assets for creative team to work fromDevelop efficient systems and better ways of working for our new groupDevelop and refine team powerpoint presentationsEdit or write social touts in a conversational, funny wayParticipate in all team brainstorms
• At least 2 years of experience (including internships) working in social media marketing.
• Proven experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Passion for entertainment
• Obsessed with all things social media
• Be hyper-organized
• Calm and focused under pressure
• Have strong analytical skills
• Enjoys being endlessly creative: passionate about coming up with and creating engaging social ideas, perfect touts and gorgeous video/photo concepts.
