Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with production and post-production to schedule voice recordings to meet production deadlines (includes original records, pickups and ADR).
  • Book studio, voice director and actors, via agents, for records.
  • Create and distribute record schedules to production, voice director and studio.
  • Distribute scripts and any additional materials to actors, voice director and studio.
  • Coordinate with studio engineer to receive audio/video files prior to session and test connection with remote studio in instances of a remote record.
  • Attend record sessions to ensure recording schedule is being met and SAG-AFTRA union rules are being followed.
  • Ensure talent paperwork is completed at records and submitted to Talent Relations Contract Administrator in a timely manner.
  • Note circle takes at record, if needed.
  • Maintain episode/character assignment tracking documents for all assigned shows.
  • Attend production ADR spots.
  • Review cast credits for accuracy.
  • Compile SAG-AFTRA cast lists for Residuals.
  • Work with PR/Digital and HR regarding any talent asks (i.e. invitations for premiere & wrap parties, requests for EPK, etc.)

  • • Strong attention to detail
    • 1 year previous assistant or production office experience in a film/TV production setting and/or fast-paced entertainment industry environment required
    • Proficiency with Microsoft suite including Word and Excel, Google suite including Gmail/Calendar/Drive and Adobe Acrobat
    • Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered
    • Must be willing to submit to a background check
    • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

    • Experience in Animation Casting
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Familiarity with Photoshop a plus, but not required
    • Interest in animation and family programming preferred
