CMM is a mid-sized, full-service integrated agency, specializing in beauty, lifestyle, and personal care. Our full-service PR and Digital Marketing divisions work together to create a singular voice for brands across all platforms – media, events, influencer campaigns, social media and emerging platforms.

We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Manager with an expertise in performance and growth marketing to join our team. This position reports to the Director of Digital Strategy and will manage and mentor a Digital Strategist.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch and meticulously optimize our clients’ digital advertising accounts across the paid search, paid social and display advertising channels
  • Proactively monitor performance of accounts, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and implement changes
  • Analyze and prepare account statistics, compile reports and produce data visualizations
  • Research and keep abreast of trends in SEM and other digital advertising channels
  • Execute SEM (across bidding, ad copy and landing page optimization) and Paid Social campaigns (across Facebook and Instagram)

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience managing paid search advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals - B2C experience and agency experience a big plus
  • Hands on experience with multiple paid search advertising platforms (Google Ads)
  • Experience managing ALL facets of digital advertising campaigns and client relationships, including:
    • Campaign strategy, design and optimization
    • Keyword development and refinement
    • Ad development
    • A/B test execution (both ads and landing pages)
    • Bid management (experience with hands-on, manual bidding; not just bid automation)
    • Reporting and analysis
  • Client meetings and continuous client relationship management
  • Experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Adept in managing highly complex advertising accounts for multiple clients
  • High level of professionalism, accountability and personal responsibility
  • Candidates must reside in NYC
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (marketing, business, etc.)
