The Manager of Paid Search role will play an integral part of GolfNow’s Performance Marketing team leading the paid media efforts of the GOLFPASS brand. GOLFPASS is a membership platform that connects golfers to every aspect of the game with exclusive video and streaming content, tee time credits, world-class instruction, travel tips and more. This position will lead the strategy, execution, analysis and optimization of key digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Facebook and Conversion Rate Optimization. This position will work closely with various departments to identify areas of opportunity to grow traffic and increase conversion rate and revenue. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on applying industry best practices and incorporating data-driven strategies across all digital channels. Job Duties Manage PPC, SEM, Display, Facebook, Youtube, dynamic re-targeting, and other digital marketing efforts. Focus on data driven initiatives and strategies to drive acquisition and reactivation Align paid search channels with companywide business goals and marketing priorities to meet acquisition targets Champion data-driven testing initiatives to identify optimization opportunities and scale acquisition efficiently Optimize acquisition funnel with a thorough understanding of CTR, CVR and LTV. Develop analysis that provide conclusions into customer behavior and communicate those conclusions clearly with key stakeholders. Work with Creative team to develop innovative and high-performing assets across all devices and formats Work with Data Science, Product and Engineering to get the data and tools needed by the team to drive efficiencies for the channel Basic Qualifications Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or a related field
A minimum of 4+ years of relevant business experience with strong focus on PPC
Comprehensive understanding and application of SEM principles, tools & methodology.
Excellent analytical, prioritization, organizational, and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and web testing platforms (Google Optimize)
Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization and/or A/B testing tools.
