We are looking for a media savvy, data driven Sr. Manager, Retention Media to join our team. The role will support the Performance Media team in planning the strategy and managing the optimization of retention media to drive customer engagement with Peacock/direct-to-consumer products.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns that drive engagement and increase usage across various channels including but not limited to Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for the performance marketing agency to plan and optimize spend towards CPEV goals across channels, and then summarize results for a broader audience.
  • Work closely with CRM team to develop omnichannel media strategies that support customer lifecycle marketing objectives and reduce subscriber churn.
  • Key liaison between CRM and Analytics teams ensuring reliable and accurate measurement of incremental impact of retention media on user engagement.
  • Work across teams to understand & map out customer journeys and media touchpoints across devices and platforms.

    ● 5+ years’ experience direct response marketing required.
    ● Proven track record driving engagement acceleration and long-term business KPIs and through paid media campaigns.
    ● Entertainment, advertising or e-commerce industry experience with demonstrated ability to develop and drive strategic marketing plans for large, complex organizations.
    ● Strong analytical capabilities, particularly around attributing incremental uplift of media campaigns utilizing CRM measurement methodologies (target vs. control, pre/post, etc.).
    ● Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities.
    ● CRM experience not required but is a plus.
