Description
Peacock’s Partner Operations team leads the preparation and readiness workflow for all incoming acquired programming for the service. This is an outward-facing group, serving as one of the first touchpoints for content partners, ensuring a seamless operational experience.

The team is hiring a Senior Manager, Partner Operations (LA) to manage the onboarding process with content providers and studios for delivery of acquired programming assets and related metadata and marketing materials. This is a hands-on role involving close collaboration with both external partners and internal teams. The successful candidate will understand the complexities of streaming video services, catalog and availability metadata, plus have a general understanding of video encoding and asset preparation.

We are seeking a highly-motivated candidate who can operate independently and is adept at swiftly handling change and troubleshooting challenges in a dynamic business.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3+ years in a media related field
• Working knowledge of programming, content, scheduling, and/or metadata
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including OneDrive and SharePoint
• Self-starter and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail & ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• General understanding of content operations or administration for media or streaming service
• A passion for television and movies.
• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Ability to work at Universal City, Los Angeles, California
