Our boutique creative agency client is looking for a full-time Account Manager to join their team!

The Account Manager will:
-manage client's overall expectations, and develop and understanding of client needs / goals
-lead client communications, and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
-develop project briefs by gathering information in client meetings / discussions
-lead status meetings to ensure projects are on time, and on track
-prepare reports / communicate on account status on a monthly / quarterly basis

The Account Manager has:
-2+ years of experience in account management, ideally from an agency
-demonstrated experience communicating / presenting to key stakeholders
-excellent verbal skills, and strong attention to detail
-ability to multitask
-any Japanese language skills / experience is a huge plus (but not required)
