The Senior Instant Cash Offer (ICO) Specialist will be a key figure in the initial account set up for all new dealers. This role will provide webinar-based training to dealer customers shortly after contract signing. These training sessions will be directed towards dealership management and their eCommerce teams. The focus will be to generate top-down buy in and establish eCommerce best practices to ensure long term success with ICO, Price Advisor and other assigned products. Additionally, this role is responsible for supporting all processes in conjunction with integrating, implementing and executing our Best-In-Class Dealer Instant Cash Offer eCommerce and digital needs setup in the field via a remote process. Effectively implement ICO, Price Advisor and any other assigned products to new and existing clients through virtual deliveryAssist with dealer needs and offer creative solutions to help them reach their business and sales objectivesWork directly with all levels within the dealership with a focus on the General Manager, Used Car Manager, Internet Manager and ICO related associatesMaintain in-depth knowledge of ICO & Price Advisor products, customers and reporting capabilitiesConduct pre-launch activities with new ICO dealers in alignment with the Best In Class Implementation GuideEffectively support the implementation of digital ICO solutions, processes, tools and behaviors into an existing dealer location and/or groupConduct post implementation webinar retraining for dealers and inside team membersEnsure all ICO product launches are effectively taken to market through the pre-launch and launch process with immediate results for the clientWork directly with the ICO Digital Services team to ensure the successful ICO integration onto our ICO dealer customer’s websitesProvide ICO assets to dealership E-commerce team to utilize in their CRM system for efficient and effective response to ICO consumersMaintain knowledge of automotive trends and best practices to ensure training is relevant and provides maximum value to dealerships
Qualifications:BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience5+ years of experience with internet automotive advertising and/or automotive retail requiredExperience in a customer focused, account management, revenue driven environment requiredProven experience and ability to work in an independent, goal-oriented environment (self-management) requiredClient-driven, able to interact successfully with all levels of leaders, partners and participants, internally and with clientsDemonstrated agility when responding to client needs in a fast-paced, constantly changing, deadline-driven environmentProven experience and ability to build and maintain cross-departmental, multi-functional and collaborative relationships requiredExperience delivering virtual trainings and interactive presentationsStrong written, verbal and phone communication skills requiredProven experience and ability to analyze customer problems and trends to offer suggestions and recommendations for improvement and success requiredStrong knowledge and experience with business software applications including MS Outlook Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Viso) required
