Schedule, organize meetings, gather data and key information, analyze results, help guide and coordinate projects to success, and manage relevant data that supports the different departments involved. Assist in creating policies, workflows and appertaining documentation.Collaborate with co-workers to improve workflows and procedures.Understand the scope of projects and proactively work with team to determine what is needed and the best course of action to achieve the goal.Communicate information about assets, procedures, troubleshooting and job requests, both verbally and in writing to clients and co-workersProvide excellent customer service and support to all clients and complete tasks in a timely and professional manner Update programming grids dailyupdate and schedule using Xytech daily Help manage relationships with vendors, ensuring that all items are received and paid on time
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to learn other software required to perform daily duties. Candidate must be capable of handling ever-changing workloads with frequent interruptions and must be able to prioritize and schedule tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Fluency in English/Spanish
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in a production, post production, broadcast, or communications environment
Knowledge of computers, file management and software applications including MS Outlook, MS Word, & MS Excel
Ability to collaborate and work closely with other areas of the business, including Programming, Marketing and Media teams
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests while thriving in a fast-paced environment
An organized and dependable individual with the ability to follow detailed instructions and guide co-workers when needed
Self-starter, resourceful, flexible, proactive & a true team-player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed
Flexibility with work schedule: must be able to work late hours, weekends and/or holidays with short notice.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under tight and demanding deadlines
