The Digital Distribution Sr. Specialist will join the Digital Operations team and will be responsible for the distribution of Telemundo and NBC Universo video content via SVOD, VOD, TVE, APS, and any new distribution point that are currently being developed (OneApp, Peacock).

Responsibilities

Manage all communications with the teams involved in content delivery across all NBC.

Coordinate with third party vendors and partners as to the best practices and workflow required to deliver our content with the highest quality.

During special events the Sr. Specialist will be required to run a team of temps that will focus on content delivery for that event (World Cup, Olympics, Copa America).
Coordination with all partners and vendors across NBC Distribution.
Refresh on-air properties daily and create traffic entries to windwo content.
Traffic promotional material on our VOD, SVOD and TVE platforms.



Basic Qualifications:

BA on a related field or at least 5 years experience working for a Television Network

Create and execute all content and promotion for On-air digital properties.

Experience working cross functionally in a matrixed organization.

Experience organizing an archive with content produced for On-air properties

Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines

Able to identify and share processes and operational improvements

Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)

Must be able to work a flexible schedule: overtime, weekends, holidays, breaking news scenarios

Excellent time management skills, with a deadline orientation; ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment

Strong interpersonal & leadership skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to learn new platforms and technologies

Experience working with content management systems required

Experience with content distribution and operations
