Communications as a Senior Manager, Multi Dwelling Unit Sales Strategy, where you’ll be enhancing the lives of our

Summary
Provides Strategy and execution for Key strategic MDU initiatives. Which could
include competitive research, external perspectives in interacting with
customers and the industry or internal education and collaboration and
influence with border partners including but not limited to: Finance,
Marketing, Sales Operations,  Network
Construction, Network Engineering, Content acquisition, Research, Corporate
Strategy, Product development, Brand, Customer Care and Cox Business. 



Responsibilities

May include some or all of the following strategic verticals.
  • MDU Base Strategies - Focus on
    strategy and performance of all “Business as Usual” sales activities and
    practices. Including but not limited to processes, forecasting, planning compensation
    plans, incentive plans, performance scorecards, reporting and
    communication.
  • MDU/ SFU New Build – strategy,
    process improvement, forecasting, performance metrics, reporting key
    results, communications and oversight. Exceeding business case
    expectations
  • MDU Emerging technologies and
    products - Strategy, planning, process improvement, project management,
    communications and analytics, and exceeding business case expectations
  • MDU Bulk – Strategy, process
    improvement, forecasting, performance metrics, reporting key results, communications
    and oversight. Exceeding business case expectations. New product/ offering
    development.
  • MDU Online Integrations – Work
    closely with online team and MDU sales teams to launch and manage online
    integration to include but not limited too. Integration and automation of
    move in leads, Digital integration with Owners websites, banner ads in
    Exclusive Properties for Rent path, Zillow etc.MDU Program & Product
    Launches – Work closely with Strategy team and boundary partners to launch
    new and enhanced products, programs and processes to sales teams. Includes
    field launch planning, scheduling, coordination, communications, sales
    resource development and training.
  • Lead a team of individual
    contributors focused on strategy and innovation
  • Qualifications:Minimum
    Qualification



  • 7+ years of experience required in
    Marketing and Sales communications and programs
  • Strong ability to gain rapport and
    communicate peer to peer with Executive Level customer
  • 5+ years of experience required if
    candidate possesses a related advanced degree.
  • Ability to grow within a role and a
    demonstrated history of increased responsibility over time, including
    experience in a leadership role.
  • Fully competent and productive
    professional contributor with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously
    and within a team in a fast- paced environment with changing priorities
    and time constraints.
  • Excellent presentation skills
    including verbal, written and Power Point communications skills
  • Advanced Analytical skills building
    and utilizing Excel  experience.


  • Preferred Qualification

  • MBA.
  • 5+ years of management
    experience.
  • Experience in business to
    business and consumer sales and marketing.
  • Experience in the Apartment
    and/or Real Estate Industries including construction development.
  • Experience in managed
    services including, wireless internet and IOT.
