Stamford Media Center is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator. This is a Run of Show position with an anticipated end date of August 1, 2020. Responsibilities include:

• Overall administrative production support and coordination
• Responsible for securing location and vendor agreements
• Freelance crew paperwork: start forms, timesheets, etc.
• Distribution of production schedules
• Tracking/reporting crew hours
• Mange production assistants / interns
• Remote Shoot Coordination
• Compile and research: contacts, costs, restrictions, logistics and permits for locations
• Order, return, & track video, lighting and audio rental equipment for shoots
• Assist on set for shoots
• Coordinate photo shoots
• Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager

• Minimum 1-year production related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating the internet
• Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours
• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to work in fast paced environment and adjust to change
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
