Director, Change Delivery, Peacock The Director of Change Delivery will both oversee the project request in-take process and the ongoing prioritization of the Peacock project backlog. Requests will span across Product, Marketing, Ad Sales, Data, and the Peacock Operational teams. This role will validate and qualify all business requests and work closely with the technology and data teams to inform the Peacock roadmap. A strong background in business analysis within digital is a must as this person will outline business cases/requirements and ratify that requests align to Peacock’s overarching strategy. This role reports to the Vice President of Change Delivery.Set-up an end-to-end request in-take process that is both user-friendly and intuitiveSupport ongoing improvements to the workflow and toolsets selected for implementationTrain and instruct all business units on how use the selected toolsetsQualify the in-take of new requests, partnering with the business units to outline problem statements, objectives, and KPIsFor large and complex requests, partner with the Strategy team to validate KPI measurement and Go-to-Market team to assess operational readinessAs needed, partner with the business unit leads to document project scope and business requirementsOversee backlog grooming, including ongoing prioritization with the business units and removal of requests that are not aligned with Peacock’s overarching strategyCommunicate business prioritization to the Technology PMO to inform roadmap planningCreate and publish views for a variety of audiences within the Peacock universeSteer and create agenda/materials for a series of meetings, including an In-take Review Board that vets new requests and Backlog Management to prioritize existing requests

- 7+ years’ experience in either the project management or business analysis field
- Experience working across digital media functions, including content, marketing, business development, technology, ad sales, data and research
- An attention to detail while reviewing requests for completeness and quality
- Ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts for a variety of audiences
- Ability to organize meetings including creating pertinent agendas, managing conversations, and summarizing the results into a set of decisions made and next steps
