Rapidly growing health and wellness-focused brand is seeking a B2C Marketing Director to work closely with the executive team to create and implement strategies that will build awareness, drive engagement, increase conversion, and foster loyalty and love for the brand. You will be responsible for the overarching brand strategy and translating that into consistent, multi-faceted campaigns and collateral across all key retail and digital channels. You should be an enthusiastic collaborator who excels in a fast-past environment and be willing to roll up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to help build a brand. You must be able to delegate and track multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and marketing CPG brands direct to consumers, both online and offline.

Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of ongoing brand marketing as it relates to customer acquisition and retention, including advertising, content production, product copy and assets, merchandising, communication strategy, email and CRM, social media, influencer marketing, and partnerships
  • Continually evaluate and optimize the marketing mix strategy to find innovative ways to connect with target audiences
  • Ensure day-to-day marketing initiatives are aligned with brand identity and objectives
  • Use customer insights and data to evaluate ongoing marketing efforts and present frequent progress reports to executives
  • Allocate team resources and budget efficiently across all active initiatives
  • Work with the product development team to conduct market research and plan and execute campaigns for new product launches

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
  • 5+ years extensive experience in marketing, sales, advertising, and brand management
  • Demonstrated experience creating successful marketing assets and collateral
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up to speed with current digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics and social engagement metrics
  • Adept multitasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
  • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
