Book travel for productions & create itinerariesAssist talent with expense reporting & travel needsBook out of town crews & HMU as neededSupport in house wardrobe & HMU with any department needsProcess invoices & p-card expenses with appropriate internal coding Track Linear & Digital production expenses utilizing an internal invoice trackerWork closely with Finance with processing invoices & coding PC reportsPrimary point of contact while production teams are on locationResearch locations and gather info for filmingSecure permits for filmingOn site assistance with studio, field, and event filmingRequest Certificate of Insurance through insurance groupsMaintain records of legal documents Keep production calendars up to dateSend out important emails to alert post of incoming footage Manage ordering of office supplies & crafty Assist interns with daily tasks Additional duties as assigned
• Support Production & Operations with daily tasks & finance support for production expenses
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2-year production experience in either TV or Digital
• Strong knowledge of MS Office/Excel & Outlook email
• Solution-oriented and have a proven ability to innovate
• Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills with experience working with multiple departments
• Organized, detail-oriented with ability to be versatile in day to day tasks
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate after hours & weekend needs
• Time management conscious in deadline driven environment
• Experience working in a corporate/studio/network production is a plus
