Salary min: $50,000
Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
Candidate will work across several clients and projects within travel, design, hospitality and other lifestyle spaces. This work will be supporting the account directors and executives.
Curate content on various social media platforms for the agency as well as select clients. Platform experience must include Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The content curated and planned must follow provided brand guidelines, be informed, engaging, and meet client/agency goals.
Propose new ideas for social media content that are in line with client and agency goals.
Manage and maintain digital asset library for clients and agency.
Attend and participate in client meetings, client visits, photo shoots, and overall team planning and strategy meetings as needed.
Analyze, audit and report on success of social media strategy and results.
Be able to plan and design social media content calendars using compelling graphics and well written, grammatically correct copy.
Be proficient using digital design platforms and social media scheduling software tools.
Manage proactively and reactively client needs and requests including sending meeting agendas, creating monthly reports, and sharing clips.
Conduct client editorial searches, request print publications as needed, and clip earned media for clients.
Day to day support for agency team as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications or Humanities preferred
1-3 years of work experience with design/ lifestyle focused social media accounts, influencer programming, and other PR / agency work.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and creative problem-solving skills
Demonstrated design and copywriting skills in digital media
Ability to execute work, engage and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for design and familiarity with luxury lifestyle space
Expert knowledge of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok +
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Must be able to do internet research.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and Canva needed
Must be open to learning and growth opportunities within the Public Relations digital media space
Must have ability and desire to work in small agency environment in a collaborative culture with all team members including interfacing directly with the Founder + President.
