The FOX Ad Sales Marketing team is searching for an organized, methodical, and measured Vice President, Portfolio Project Management. As the Vice President, Portfolio Management, you will report to the Senior Vice President of Brand Management, and will be a part of the Portfolio Client Solutions & Marketing umbrella. You will be focused on creating and managing systems, calendars, timelines, and meeting deadlines for the FOX Portfolio, as well as the individual FOX Verticals. Projects could include, but are not limited to, sales presentations, sizzle reels and videos, logos, eblast campaigns, and more. Additionally, you will work with the team’s Graphic Designers, along with the Directors of Brand Management and Creative strategy, to ensure all portfolio brand deliverables are created and distributed in a timely and organized manner.


  • Help drive growth across the FOX Portfolio through the creation and development of marketing materials and tools utilized in the Advertising Sales process
  • Manage the development of sales presentations, video content, eblasts, recap presentations, one sheets, infographics and other collateral material across the FOX Portfolio of brands (FOX, FOX Entertainment, FOX Sports, FOX News Media)
  • Work closely with the Vertical Ad Sales Partnership & Marketing teams to bring projects to market
  • Budget management
  • Create, develop and manage timelines
  • Work with internal and external clients
  • Build and maintain Vendor management / relationships
  • Define project scope and objectives
  • Identify project resources needed to produce and reach project objective
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, providing project updates on a consistent basis
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance and make adjustments and recommendations for improvement
  • Utilize best practices, standards and techniques throughout entire execution, always striving to be a center of excellence and a resource for the Sales and Marketing/Partnership teams
  • Brainstorm, identify, and recommend new and creative approaches to projects


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Ad Sales or Media Marketing role, where you were responsible for the management of various projects related to Sales Materials (video assets, presentations, eblasts, design assets)
  • Proven ability to solve problems and offer solutions
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to objective (outlined scope, budget and timeline) and to adjust when necessary
  • Experience seeing projects through full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Extremely resourceful
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
