The FOX Corporation Ad Sales Department is seeking a dynamic candidate for the Programmatic Solutions Specialist role to support the Audience Insights & Measurement (AIM) team for all programmatic operations and trafficking. The AIM team facilitates advertising data and technology strategy across FOX Corporation business units, with a focus on audience-based selling and programmatic initiatives.

As the Programmatic Solutions Specialist, you are a highly motivated, curious, intelligent individual that will serve as the operational point of contact for programmatic partnerships and integrations. You are responsible for managing the operations and delivery of all programmatic campaigns and serve as a subject matter expert for other internal teams. As the Programmatic Solutions Specialist, you will help define and manage product requirements and functional specifications that articulate current business objectives across FOX’s programmatic product portfolio. You will help communicate tech requirements, release dates/schedules, and write product documentation and illustrate the workflow process.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform end-to-end delivery of programmatic ad campaigns and non-guaranteed line items inclusive of setup, onboarding, trafficking, and reporting within the ad servers and 3rd party SSPs
  • Partner with sales in execution of programmatic campaigns, including the setup of deal IDs for PMPs, troubleshooting programmatic deals, and the setup of ongoing reporting for new campaigns
  • Further programmatic sales initiatives by optimizing private marketplaces and working with partners to activate private deal spend
  • Act as point of contact for SSPs and DSPs focusing on launch, optimization, and troubleshooting for all programmatic deals
  • Monitor deal health of private marketplaces, programmatic guaranteed deals, and any tag based implementations; conduct in-depth reviews to improve KPIs focused on revenue and profitability
  • Carry out programmatic ad quality standards, including protection from bad ads, malware, troubleshooting slow ad creatives, and block list initiatives
  • Manage all programmatic modifications within the ad server, including changes to price floors, targeting yield changes, or any programmatic line items
  • Work closely with Yield Management team on inventory and reporting, and Ad Tech on performance
  • Assist clients with ad hoc issues or questions relating to launching their deal
  • Prepare monthly billing statements for Finance; work with clients to resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Aid in developing best practices for internal Programmatic processes

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Ad Tech, Ad Operations
  • Experience with the Freewheel MRM, GAM, or other video ad servers
  • 1+ years digital ad trafficking; Programmatic experience including familiarity with SSPs (SpotX, Telaria, etc)
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering quality results
  • Facile and comfortable with ad technology and working on related projects or issues that require troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to message information to different groups effectively, from developers to sales people
