Level: Manager (Supervisor)
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Ad Sales Systems and Training to devise our linear and digital ad sales training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. In this role, the Manager, Ad Sales Systems and Training will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build expertise on our ad sales systems and business processes.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and assess future and current training needs
Supervise trainers who will implement training sessions
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Deploy an appropriate variety of training methods
Conduct effective training sessions
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Provide opportunities for ongoing development
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Proven work experience as a Training Manager
Experience working in the Media industry
Experience implementing training sessions in both remote and live situations
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Proficient with MS Office Suite
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
Experience with file-sharing programs such as Quip or Box
Experience using advanced videoconferencing options in a training setting
Experience working with training tools such as Adobe Captivate, Vyond, SnagIt, Camtasia, Monday.com, and Canva
