Manager, Master Data Management

We are looking for a Manager, Master Data Management to join our Business Systems & Strategy team to assist in standardization, maintenance, and support of key advertising dimensions across the enterprise. Our team ensures the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency of critical data points that are foundational to Ad Sales, Pricing & Planning, Operations, Finance, and Analytics.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain all account data across Fox Ad Sales organization for both linear and digital properties. Account data to include:
    • Advertiser and Agency hierarchies and relationships
    • Industry Category classification and maintenance
    • Sales Teams and hierarchies
    • Specialized linear airing rulesets
    • Credit status, billing, buying, remit addresses, and contact information associated with each account
  • Work closely with Technology, Pricing & Planning, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Billing on automated workflows and processes in order to improve data quality
  • Partner with management to conduct data audits to clean and remove incomplete, expired, invalid, unused, or duplicate data
  • Report on data quality metrics and ongoing data quality audits for all Fox ad properties

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years recent Advertising Sales Operations/ Sales Support/Revenue Management/Pricing and Planning/Billing/Collections within Media Industry
  • Ability to “connect the dots,” understanding how master data set up in one system impacts other systems/databases
  • 1-3 years with experience with Microsoft Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot Tables
  • Experience with BI platforms/tools including basic report writing
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, set deadlines, and meet aggressive goals
  • Must be able to work either 9 am – 6 pm East Coast time, or 12 pm – 9 pm west coast time

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER

  • 2+ years in Salesforce CRM, including report writing
  • Experience working with Tableau
