Fox Nation is looking for a Manager, Customer Acquisition to optimize media planning and campaign execution in conjunction with our paid media agency in an effort to grow the Fox Nation subscriber base. The Manager, Customer Acquisition will be responsible for administration and reporting on multiple digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display, social, and high impact placements such as Roku and YouTube.
A successful candidate will have strong paid marketing experience either in-house or at an agency. You must be a self-starter and be able to work independently and as part of a wider team. The candidate must have an understanding of both organic and paid media channels and how they leverage each other to drive success. The candidate must have a proven track record for managing paid media programs with a history of increasing acquisitions. Must be comfortable with analysis and reporting on results and work within the team. Experience with a media/news company is preferred but not required.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work hand in hand with our paid media agency to execute multiple paid media campaigns per month
- Grow membership base through planning and executing paid media strategy across key performance channels
- Work with data analytics team and customer acquisition director to define KPIs and what success looks like
- Monitor the success of all acquisition marketing activities and make recommendations for improvement
- Work with paid media agency partner in providing post-campaign analysis, drawing on successes and failures to optimize the overall efficiency and ROAS (return on ad spend) of paid media
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 3+ years experience in paid media (either in-house or at an agency)
- Experience working with financial data
- Experience working with large media budgets and the need to re-allocate and balance spending
- Knowledge of paid search, display, and video campaigns including creative guidelines, targeting and trafficking principals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with data and analytics and putting a story to data
- Highly proactive and solution-oriented
- Ability to work independently and adjust priorities, and learn quickly in the continuously evolving digital space
- Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
