Fox News Media Creative Marketing is seeking a motivated, self-starting Writer/Producer for the Fox Nation brand. Fox Nation is a rapidly growing streaming platform that celebrates America by providing original lifestyle, history, politics, crime & justice, general entertainment, and documentary content. As a Writer/Producer, you are highly creative, both visually and as a writer, with the ability to generate ideas in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. You have editing, directing, and shooting skills and you want to use them (and if not, you’re eager to learn). You understand in theory and practice the concept that great marketing should be engaging content and all campaigns are 360. You want to be part of a team that will increase in size and scope as the platform grows in scale and popularity. Your “can-do” attitude and ability to collaborate with a team will help you excel in this role. The workflow will include producing and writing topical, image, social and digital promotions, long-form trailers, and high-end brand and original marketing content.


A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write and produce high-quality promos
  • Write and produce long-form trailers
  • Write and produce Image spots/campaigns
  • Manage/produce promotional shoots, in-house, and in-the-field with Fox Nation talent
  • Help when needed with Fox News Channel and Fox News Business promos
  • Work with various departments within the company on internal projects
  • Help execute multi-platform promotional campaigns across TV, digital, social & print

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 4-6 years of experience writing/producing
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of current events
