OutKick is looking for a skilled, experienced, and hardworking Producer to join its Nashville operation and work across a growing slate of streaming content. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has an acute awareness of current events in Sports, News, and Politics. You are a superb storyteller & excellent under pressure. As a Producer, you will work closely with both seasoned and up-and-coming talent to develop content that will aid in brand and audience development. You are in touch with digital media trends and viral-worthy content creation strategies.


  • Craft show rundowns in line with OutKick Editorial priorities of the day
  • Develop show specific content and segments
  • Pitch & book guests
  • Write guest intros, anchor questions, teases, and promos
  • Select elements such as sound, video clips, and graphics to tell a story
  • Monitor multiple sources for new developments on trending stories and pivot live coverage as necessary in a breaking news environment
  • Conduct in-depth research to ensure
  • Build compelling and concise lower thirds throughout live shows
  • Organize and execute remote shoots/productions


  • 5+ years of professional experience in a live broadcast/streaming content
  • Strong and accurate writing
  • Line producing training
  • Thorough knowledge of current events as they relate to sports, politics, and pop culture
  • Experience crafting a rundown
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and travel as needed


  • Knowledge of sports betting
