Design Coordinator/Graphic Design Experience

Fox is seeking a Design Coordinator, Distribution Marketing to join our Los Angeles team. This role supports the distribution sales team, one of the primary revenue drivers for the company, with graphic design and marketing functions. The marketing department works on several different campaigns, some in partnership with our distributors to grow our collective businesses, some to pressure distributors to renew content deals, and others to get media exposure for our programming. This position is service-oriented and provides creative support to the marketing department and its three-pillar brands – Fox Entertainment, Fox Sports, and Fox News.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Creative Services Director and larger distribution marketing team to assist on portfolio initiatives including sizzle reels, event marketing elements, mailings, trade shows, and other sales materials
  • Design compelling visual communications including PowerPoint presentations, digital and print assets, event elements, internal communications, and more
  • Resize and edit existing art for a wide variety of clients in a timely manner
  • Maintain and manage a large library of creative assets
  • Manage and work with outside creative and printing agencies as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design and marketing
  • Able to clearly communicate, present, and sell creative ideas both in formal and informal settings
  • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and organize high volumes of assets
  • Proficient in Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

  • Knowledge of pay -TV distribution and marketing/media industry
