Fox Corporation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing for the Fox Network. The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Broadcast Distribution & Marketing team to support the department’s marketing efforts in conjunction with the 208 FOX affiliate partners. Duties include compiling and distributing marketing materials in alignment with network campaign strategies, interacting with Creative Services Directors at approximately 60 FOX Affiliate Stations, creative writing for mailers and marketing eblasts, fulfilling requests for marketing assets and facilitating marketing and operational processes. The Marketing Coordinator not only will work with external marketing partners, but also with internal areas of marketing at FOX Entertainment and FOX Sports.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as marketing liaison for local Creative Services Directors for approximately 60 affiliate broadcast television stations
Serve as assistant brand manager on select FOX Entertainment shows by contributing to marketing and promotional planning and executions
Maintain on-air promotion portal and e-alert distribution. Ensure all assets are updated and reflect the latest network priorities
Assist with social and digital projects including building and distributing affiliate daily social blasts and tracking across FOX affiliate channels
Coordinate local marketing initiatives including building and distributing station e-alerts, tracking in market activations, and providing campaign recaps
Track promo inventory garnered across affiliate dayparts in support of the FOX Network
Compose project summaries for FOX affiliate initiatives/campaigns to be used in internal marketing memos
Opportunities to present Affiliate Marketing plans in FOX Network marketing meetings
Draft marketing toolkits and promotional opportunity memos to be distributed to affiliate body
Additional support for the Broadcast Distribution & Marketing department as it relates to answering phones, assisting with calendars, projects, and other initiatives as they arise will be required.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1-2 years of experience, preferably in media
Strong computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior skills in grammar, editing, and proofing
Positive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals daily
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent organizational and operational skills
Ability to coordinate multiple demands simultaneously under deadline conditions

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in local television
