The Fox Distribution Marketing team has an exciting opportunity for Coordinator, Distribution Marketing!!! The Coordinator, Distribution Marketing will support the LA-based brand and account teams in the marketing department.
Distribution Marketing supports the Distribution Sales team, one of the primary revenue drivers for the company. Distribution Marketing manages the relationships with distributor marketing teams to promote the value of our content offering and utilize their reach to promote our products and services.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand marketing support – support sports and entertainment marketing managers and director on day-to-day activity. Provide marketing assets to the account team. Maintaining current information on B2B website. Auditing partner platforms for proper network and show branding. Support on various other projects – presentations, premium orders, hospitality, mailings, ticket requests and social media campaigns.
- Account marketing support – routing and approving partner marketing materials. Entering campaigns into media value tracker tool.
- Local ad sales – upload and track cross-channel spots and programming schedules on B2B website.
- Renewal marketing responsibilities and other distribution marketing initiatives as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1+ year experience in partner marketing or relevant marketing experience
- Self-driven and be able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong presentation, and written communication skills
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
Some overtime and travel is required.
