Fox Nation is looking for a digital CRM Manager to oversee customer communications for the streaming subscription service, Fox Nation. The CRM Manager will oversee all email and push notification alerts to subscribers. The CRM Manager will also administer efforts to prospective users and win-back customers to generate subscriptions.

The CRM Manager will work very closely with the larger Fox Nation Marketing team as well as the Content Production team to plan and execute proper communication programs. Programs will be both batch-type efforts as well as automated. The individual will be the point person with Creative, Promotions, Media, Product and Customer Service. The CRM Manager will also play a lead role in working with Business Intelligence to develop reporting and identify customer segments that are important to target with messaging. The role is critical to both generating new acquisitions and reducing customer churn through better engagement tactics.

A successful candidate will have strong CRM background and be expected to implement CRM marketing strategy through well-executed efforts. The candidate must be a self-starter, be comfortable with high degrees of ownership and be able to work independently. The candidate must have a strong understanding of email program management as well as customer segmentation.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for day-to-day CRM program for Fox Nation
  • Set up, schedule and report on messaging campaigns, across email, mobile (push and in-app messaging), and web.
  • Development of customer journeys based on user activity
  • Ability to identify key customer cohorts/segments that would benefit from specific messaging
  • Oversee all automated messaging efforts such as order confirmation, welcome emails and customer onboarding.
  • Develop A/B tests for offers and creative to boost response
  • Attend team meetings to understand priorities for Fox Nation and strategize on marketing initiatives
  • Report on campaign results; daily and monthly reporting
  • Assist in message creation: comfortable with creative direction and copy; copywriting will be a small portion of responsibilities
  • Work with Creative department to schedule designs for efforts
  • Coordinate with the Marketing lead for Fox Nation to stay on top of priorities
  • Work with Customer Service on user complaints and develop ideas on how to rectify

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5+ years working in digital marketing CRM or customer segmentation
  • Experience with Braze enterprise ESP a major plus
  • Strong creative writing skills; ideally tailored to social media
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to create ideas and content on your own
  • Excellent knowledge of and high-level of interest in news, current events, and digital media trends
  • Comfortable with data and analytics; solid understanding of data and information systems

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $92,000.00-123,000.00 annually for California, Washington, New York City and Westchester County, NY. $76,600.00-102,500.00 annually for Colorado. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
