We are looking for a proactive and highly organized individual to provide support to senior-level talent. We will rely on you to assist talent in every aspect of their day: scheduling and confirming daily appointments, meetings and appearances, and booking travel (flights, car service etc.).

We will need you to be very proactive in noting scheduling conflicts, issues, and opportunities. The role requires you to take initiative and exercise sound judgment. Sensitivity to confidential matters is critical to this role. In addition to managing all administrative tasks, you will interact with a diverse group of both internal and external stakeholders at all levels within and outside of the organization, including top CEO show guests and other major business figures.


  • Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, screen incoming calls, and keep talent on a very tight daily show schedule
  • Handle financial and other personal information
  • Process expense reports and health insurance forms.
  • Manage all aspects of business travel and travel agendas
  • Handle talent's show wardrobe requirements
  • Handle talent's professional social media accounts (instagram, twitter, tiktok, facebooketc)
  • Coordinate and produce weekly "Everyone Talks to Liz" podcast. This includes suggesting, booking, and researching potential guests, and writing podcast intros and teases.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the senior-level talent, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; you will handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion
  • Travel with talent when necessary for live shows

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $19.48-25.00 per hour for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
