Reporting to the Senior Director Client Success, this is a support role within the Client Success team, which delivers on all aspects of commercial programs (media, custom solutions, content marketing and custom video.) The Client Success Media Coordinator will take ownership of individual media campaigns across a number of sales verticals.

Job Summary & Purpose

Reporting to the Senior Director Client Success, you will assist Client Success Managers and Directors with the coordination and execution of media campaigns which includes managing campaign setup, campaign optimization and end of campaign reporting. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction that leads to account renewals and growth.

Key role responsibilities

● Participate in client campaign kick-off calls to outline the media plan, creative assets needed, ad tracking requirements, and necessary campaign deliverables

● Work closely with clients to collect all necessary assets/deliverables and partner with Design when custom ad units are required

● Partner with AdOps to ensure all assets and tracking links are submitted to ensure a timely campaign launch with all units delivering in full

● Manage campaign performance and make optimizations as needed that support campaign KPIs

● Prepare end of campaign reports and provide optimization strategies and insights back to Client Success Managers based on campaign performance

● Maintain in-depth knowledge of ad products and relevant specs, guidelines, and business rules

● Strong focus on performance monitoring and recap presentations to fuel renewals

● Be familiar with Future B2C brands and immersed in Internet culture

You’ll need to be an excellent communicator as you’ll be working with multiple stakeholders across a number of campaigns at the same time, ensuring all aspects of each project are successfully delivered. ●Proven experience in online advertising/digital media or similar industry

● College degree preferred

● Be familiar with IAB terms and conditions

● Proficient in GSuite (google docs, google sheets, google slides)

● Understanding and knowledge of using CRM and/or booking systems (Salesforce, Netsuite or similar)

● Ability to work cross-functionally with other departmental team leads

● Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

● Confident and comfortable working within tight deadlines, under pressure and on multiple work priorities

● Attention to detail is paramount

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Working knowledge of media agencies

● Able to deliver confidently within a project framework / structure

● A desire to learn different aspects of the media business

● Familiarity with audience segments and DMPs like Permutive, a bonus, but not required
