Description:

The Paid Social Product Coordinator executes paid social media campaigns for our advertising clients representing various industries.

This role is responsible for building social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest; reporting performance, and optimizing campaigns for success.

The Paid Social Product Coordinator reports to the Director, Product Marketing and is a key component in the overall success of our client’s campaigns, as they are responsible for optimizing campaigns to meet and surpass the client’s success metrics.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working across all social platforms to plan, implement, manage and optimize data-driven campaigns
  • Create ads and optimize campaign budgets using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Ad Manager platforms
  • Work closely with advertisers and Account Management teams to obtain social materials, creative previews for client approval and launch campaigns, as well as respond to any/all social questions.
  • Keep track of monthly campaign pacing to ensure budget efficiencies and make creative recommendations as necessary
  • Own every step of the campaign process including setup, trafficking, QA, pacing, and delivery to make sure we pace according to budget and goals
  • Provide analysis and insight on campaign performance
  • Maintain tracking document with audience list updates and match rates
  • As necessary, participate in client calls and proposals in regards to social campaigns
  • Review client deliverables for quality, and ensure they meet SmartBrief’s editorial standards
  • Assist in the development of best practices related to social media management for both internal and external documents and assets
  • Collaborate closely with the Director, Product Marketing to share client feedback, product requirements, and strategic opportunities to help make the SmartBrief Social Platform best in class

Requirements:

What you need to be successful:

  • Proven work experience with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and/or Pinterest social platforms
  • Proven work experience with any or all social ads manager dashboards is a plus
  • Excellent social media copywriting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
