Hulafrog is searching for a sales rockstar with relevant sales experience, amazing phone skills, excellent written communications (think email), a passion for prospecting and a comfort with cold calling, and the ability to close deals.

A strategic thinker – able to understand options and put together ad packages with creative ideas that will meet advertisers’ needs.

This is an ideal opportunity if you have marketing or digital advertising sales experience, have taken time off to stay home with your kids. But now you are ready to get back into things...just not full-time yet and not with a commute.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor‘s Degree
  • Must have 3+ years advertising sales or related marketing sales experience
  • Strong email writing skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong relationship building & leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with digital media, social media or other similar industry a plus
  • A drive to prospect new business, as this will be approximately 30% of the role
  • Love of technology – both the internet and social media
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales
  • Minimum commitment of 25 hours per week, available during regular business hours

Hulafrog’s national network of local websites are each run by a professional, in-the-know mom (or dad), making Hulafrog the go-to resource for the best places to go, things to do, and events for kids and families. Hulafrog’s mission is to connect parents with the national and local businesses they care about most.

Our national advertising sales team works with national brands and e-commerce companies to partner and sell advertising packages that will achieve their marketing goals.

Each sales executive starts with an assigned territory and set of accounts. In addition, sales executives spend much of their time prospecting to find new businesses and opportunities in order to expand their accounts list.

Sales execs work remotely from home and call on businesses across the country, connecting with them by phone and email.

This is a commission only position.

About You:
