UX Designer, Fandango

Level: Manager (Supervisor)
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Product Experience, Product Management, and Engineering teams to design usable products for Fandango.
- Understand business objectives and user needs.
- Create personas, storyboards, and user flows.
- Participate in sketching sessions with Product Managers and fellow designers.
- Produce UX deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
- Help initiate and coordinate testing efforts with research team.
- Gather feedback from Marketing, Commerce, and other business units.
- Design for mobile and responsive web.
- Communicate clearly and think quickly.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Architecture, Design, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX or Interaction Designer.
• Experience in digital media or entertainment.
• Experience with transactional and ecommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of Apple (HIG) Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design.
• Understand W3C web and accessibility standards.
• Expert in design tools, including Figma, OmniGraffle, and Axure.
• Experience with continuous design, A/B testing and iteration.
• Professional portfolio or UX work samples.
