Role Purpose
NBCUniversal, the global media company that brought you some of the world’s most iconic television and film franchises, including: The Tonight Show, Saturday Night Live, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, The Real Housewives, Mr. Robot, The Voice, This Is Us, The Fast & The Furious, Jurassic Park, Minions, and more - is launching an all-new direct-to-consumer streaming service. Position Overview
The Business Analyst, Intake is a highly effective professional equally comfortable seeing the bigger picture and navigating the details of individual features and business priorities.

This role is responsible for the ongoing management and prioritization of product features for the technology roadmap and marketing & partnership deals across all Peacock business teams. The successful candidate will be able to navigate multiple facets of the organization, connecting the dots and providing cross-functional alignment across multiple teams within the organization.

A strong collaborator with a proven track record of aligning multiple teams with individual directives, this candidate will be responsible for raising red flags, speaking up, and bringing teams back to overall vision and goal of the organization. They will work especially close with the Product, Strategy, and Technology teams.

This position will report to the Director, Change Delivery. High attention to detail with a passion for delivering excellent solutions, as well as a commitment to building team culture are an absolute must.

Responsibilities
Overall Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end intake process for new product featureson the technology roadmap, new partnership deals, and new vendor contracts.
  • Lead weekly cross-functional stakeholder meetings to align on capacity and prioritization of deal execution.
  • Manage request queues by ensuring necessary information is thoroughly filled out and up-to-date by asking pertinent, targeted lines of questioning
  • Lead deep dive learning sessions for new features with stakeholding business units to gather, organize, and communicate information to the Strategy, Product, and Technology teams to empower them to make informed roadmap decisions.
  • Highlight any areas of risk to working teams in order to predict and prevent challenges before they arise.
  • Partner closely with Staregy, Product, and Technology teams to prioritize features based on an established framework for measuring ROI and tech development effort.
  • Partner with other facets of the Change Delivery team to provide knowledge which helps drive features to market smoothly.
  • Maintain a cross-functional view of all Peacock business priorities and delivery roadmaps.
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of core PowerPoint features to help create effective presentations.
  • Continually look for opportunity to improve various intake processes based on cross functional adoption.
  • Liaise with other PMOs around NBCU to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Other duties as assigned.


- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 3+ years experience working as a business analyst, or relevant experience, proven ability to identify business requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization.
- Keen understanding of how to consistently “move the ball forward” in varied circumstances.
- Strong knowledge of core Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

- Demonstrated ability to extract information from a cross functional business units
- Extremely detailed orientated
- Have a natural curiosity to learn and possess investigative skills
- Ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create clear and polished power point decks
