The Enterprise Data product team is responsible for collection, standardization, and management of data across NBCUniversal to enable for activation, monetization, and engagement in secure, privacy-centric ways. The Enterprise Data product team leads up product strategy and development for the NBCUnified platform, NBCUniversal’s first-party identity platform available for advertisers across industries.

The Vice President of Identity will be responsible for crafting strategy and implementation around identity resolution, capabilities, and integrations for the Enterprise Data group and NBCUniversal.
The Vice President of Identity will be responsible for developing and prioritizing an identity roadmap given priorities from across the company, identifying and working with necessary partners to craft solutions, and refine and optimize identity strategies over time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Define product vision and strategy for key Enterprise Data products and initiative areas looking holistically across all Enterprise Data products and initiatives requiring identity.
  • Create and maintain identity resolution strategies, inclusive of necessary hygiene rules, necessary data capture, etc.
  • Create and set strategy for a first party identity graph to be able to be used across NBCUniversal.
  • Conceptualize, build, and implement strategy for a first party identity graph to be used across NBCUniversal.
  • Set product roadmaps tactically up to 1 year out and strategically greater than a year out.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across NBCUniversal and manage stakeholder business value across Enterprise Data products.
  • Identify, build, and manage key vendor/partner relationships and able to suggest and influence roadmaps that benefit the identity roadmap; set strategy and roadmaps for how identity is implemented and used across partners.


• At least 7 years’ experience doing product management and/or product development including crafting identity resolution strategies and optimizing identity resolutions and identity signal match rates.
• Extensive experience with identity solutions like Merkle, Acxiom, Experian, LiveRamp, etc.
• Proven track record leveraging 1st and 3rd party data for identity resolution.
• Bachelors degree in statistics, physics, computer science, mathematics, or relevant field.

• Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with management and editorial teams.
• Excellent writing skills including presentation development.
• Strong interpersonal skills – with internal and external clients.
• Adept at guiding groups with divergent opinions toward a unifying decision, drawing upon data to ground decision-making.
• Proven track record working with diverse cross-functional teams, vendors, and industry identifiers.
• Extensive experience with and knowledge of federal and state legislation and industry best practices around user privacy.
• Experience with delivery systems like Jira and Confluence and product management tools like Roadmunk.
• Experience with advertising technology solutions (e.g., DSP, DMP, etc.).
• Experience with marketing technology solutions.
• Experience with graph technologies like AWS Neptune or Neo4j.
• Knowledge of digital advertising – ad delivery, DMP’s, programmatic, etc.
• Experience with cloud offerings like Amazon Web Services.
• Thorough knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. and presentation proficiencies.
