OVERVIEW

This position requires a curious, quantitatively driven individual who will develop and continuously refine a digital marketing and analytics framework to support the Universal Pictures Home Entertainment digital marketing team. You will strike the balance between thinking strategically while also being comfortable with complex data sets to evaluate marketing efficacy. You will partner with group SVP to create and execute new models/frameworks to grow and evolve the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and evaluate marketing KPI’s across all channels including paid and organic media, search, website analytics and e-mail performance.
  • Develop a holistic testing framework and learning agenda to continuously enhance go-to-market efforts.
  • Drive media testing in partnership with digital advertising partners by leveraging native measurement solutions including Brand Lift and Reported Action studies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to align on insights and an implementation roadmap.
  • Craft strategic plans to guide investment decisions around innovation and marketing technology.
  • Prepare and present quarterly updates to senior management.

  • Qualifications/Requirements
    Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3+ years of digital analytics experience.
  • Ability to distill complex data into meaningful insights and clear action items.
  • Expert at Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with a strong bias towards action and rapid iteration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and project management skills required.

    Eligibility Requirements:

    Desired Characteristics:
  • Performance-based media and/or consulting experience.
  • Fluency with attribution, measurement, and the over-arching advertising eco-system.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
