Role Summary/Purpose:
The Creative Coordinator is an integral part of the UPHE Marketing organization responsible for coordinating the collective efforts of the Global Creative Services team.

The creative services coordinator is responsible for gathering, distributing, managing, manipulating, and organizing digital assets (layered artwork files, photography, etc.) and routing/traffic manage Home Entertainment campaign elements to both internal and external parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Digital asset management and organization.
  • Routing and tracking of creative elements for approval to internal departments.
  • Transfer files via cloud storage (Dropbox, Microsoft SharePoint, Frame.io, Airtable, and other internal systems) for use of multiple parties.
  • Detail-oriented, good follow through, able to multi-­task, and work well in a fast-­paced environment.
  • Perform basic artwork manipulation using Adobe Creative Suite i.e., converting file types and color spaces, simplifying Photoshop layers, resizing, isolating elements, and creating new files, etc.
  • Manage and post digital assets as needed for digital distribution.
  • Intake new requests via proprietary work order tracking system and coordinate with team on assignments.
  • Assist Creative Managers and Directors as needed with project management.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Mac OS proficiency.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management, and willingness to give assistance to co-¬workers in other areas. Strong team player.
  • Experience and knowledge of Audio/Video formats preferred.
  • Familiar with corporate PO systems, billing and invoicing preferred.
