With our call for measurement independence and our push to bring forward multiple currencies for the industry as we move ahead, we are looking to hire a Senior Vice President of Measurement Innovation. The SVP position in this new role will be highly focused on driving measurement and currency strategies and measurement solutions and partnerships for the future. We are seeking a senior executive who can take the lead in educating the marketplace (with a focus on the buy side) on certified measurement partners and shaping new ways of transacting across our advertising sales division. The SVP will help to create the overall strategy across certified measurement partners, including cross platform, attribution, MMM and MTA, and business outcome guarantees. The ideal candidate will not only be a subject matter expert on certified measurement partners, but also will understand the identity and technology that underpins them and most importantly how the new certified measurement partners enable a foundation for new deals. This Senior Vice President will work closely with Sales as the core measurement product lead, along with Sales Strategy and Planning/Pricing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Act as a measurement subject matter expert across the NBCU measurement products to drive adoption and future opportunities.
  • Subject matter expert on new measurement methodologies and currencies, inclusive of cross platform and attribution.
  • Play a key role in industry initiatives, inclusive of Measurement Innovation Forum, VAB Task Force key stakeholder, and measurement certification process.
  • Oversee the development of thought leadership in the form of whitepapers and case studies
  • Foster strong relationships with internal client teams.
  • Support business development with measurement partners helping to lead key aspects of partner negotiations with input as an expert of the buyside support and use of alternative approaches.
  • Consensus builder with the vision to create measurement roadmaps, and ability to train and educate others, along with helping to drive the go to market execution of new measurement methodologies.
  • Lead holistic test and learn strategies to support accelerating adoption of new measurement currencies.
  • Work with internal and external partners on cross platform, inclusive of identity, data strategy, technology interoperability.
  • Work with Finance, Planning, and Strategy to challenge legacy business models and challenge traditional measurement methodologies to lead forward measurement and transform the execution with clients.


• 15+ years’ experience in measurement, media, and advertising.
• 3+ years’ experience in measurement methodologies and building business strategies against new currencies.
• Proven experience in driving new methodologies and business models for measurement forward, and in driving product adoption of those new offerings.
• A deep understanding of, and experience in, TV and digital media, inclusive of data driven linear and addressable.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to various stakeholders (customers and internal stakeholders).
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• A strategic thinker who uses data, analytical skills, and storytelling to drive change internally and externally with an ability to work in ambiguous situations and be able to take charge and lead.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
